ABOUT

How I Came to this Work

I have spent more than 30 years helping leaders grow through change, first as a global executive, and now as an executive coach. Over the years, I have led large teams, navigated complex transformations, and worked across cultures and industries. Those experiences shaped how I work today: steady, intentional, and deeply respectful of the pressures leaders face. I bring firsthand insight into the realities of leadership and a grounded, presence‑based coaching approach to support leaders who are ready to grow, evolve, and lead with greater purpose.

Over the course of my career, I held senior leadership roles across global companies and iconic consumer brands, including Johnson & Johnson, Estée Lauder, Coach, Gap, and Federal Express. I led large‑scale functions and transformations, built and supported global teams, and helped shape enterprise‑level strategy in complex, fast‑paced environments. Along the way, I became known for a calm presence, strategic clarity, and a steady focus on people.

The longer version of my story includes early missteps, big stretches, and the mentors who showed me what leadership can look like when it is both grounded and human. Each major transition—a new company, a new culture, a broader remit—asked me to re‑examine how I led, what I believed about success, and how I wanted to show up for my teams. Over time, I realized the work I found most meaningful was helping other leaders navigate those same threshold moments, when identity, responsibility, and impact all shift at once.

What I valued most in my leadership roles was the mentoring and development of others. I found joy in helping talented leaders find their footing, expand their impact, and move into what was next for them. That passion led me to pursue coach training and certification through the Hudson Institute, where I integrate a rigorous methodology with three decades of lived experience leading and supporting high‑performing teams. Today, I partner with organizations and their leaders who are navigating transition and seeking greater impact. My work is rooted in deep listening, clarity of purpose, and a belief that leadership is both an inner and an outer journey.

I have a Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute, a highly respected organization known for its rigorous coach training programs and longstanding credibility in leadership and executive coaching. I also hold a BS in Finance from The University of Memphis and serve on the Executive Board of the Center for Business of Fashion at Rutgers University.

My coaching philosophy

Growth rarely happens in the rush. It happens in the pause. When Leaders finally have room to look honestly at how they are leading. What is changing around them, and what needs to shift within.

Leaders can
reframe
challenges

Most leaders already hold many of the answers they need. My role is not to prescribe solutions or run a rigid process; it is to create a trusted space where they can think out loud. Surface what is underneath, and test new ways of framing their challenges.

In our work together, we slow down enough to notice patterns, assumptions, and blind spots, then translate that insight into resilent, practical action in the real-time moments of their role.
